Please contact us for current rental rates. Water, sewer, and trash collection is included in rent. Resident is responsible for the electricity. Each spacious apartment has its own patio or balcony, large living room with dining area, and includes a stove and refrigerator. There is a cutout for an air conditioner which the resident would have to provide. Community laundry rooms (coin operated) are provided at each end of the building.

Community amenities include off street parking with 2 spacious lots available for residents and guests, beautiful trees, and relaxing sitting areas outside. Lawn maintenance and snow removal are included in rent. We have a maintenance person that takes care of any repairs needed in the apartments as well as upkeep of the property. There is also an office manager available onsite for any concerns or questions.
